Mill Description
The mill of Tsigkis is the most well-preserved mill in the village of Akaki. The surviving buildings of the mill include the elongated aqueduct and the watertower. The aqueduct, in the form of a rendered channel, ran along the top of a stout wall, with three buttresses on one of its sides. References to the mill exist in the Archives of the Kykkos Monastery, to which the mill belonged to during the Ottoman times (Perdikis 1989).
